Q: Help! I lost my password
A: In the Members section you will see Lost Password? under the log in button. Click here and you will be sent a new one. If you want to change it see below....

Q: How do I change my password?
A:
Log in under Members and then go to Products in the menu bar and Account Management will be one of the subheadings. Click on it and amongst other choices there will be an option to input a new password.
Account Management only appears in the menu bar if you are logged in so if you have forgotten your password apply for a new one and then change it to one of your choice that you can remember!

Q: How do I change my shopping account details?
A: Log in under Members and then go to Products in the menu bar and click Account Management. You can change your details here.

Q. Why am I not in the painters directory?
A:
If you have recently registered online but your name has not appeared in the painters directory yet, please be patient as your details have to be entered manually. It should only take a day but if lots of people register at the same time it may take a little longer.

If your registration was not complete you may not be listed. Your page will not appear in the directory if you have not sent in a portrait photograph of yourself and at least two photographs of your work. You will still be able to use the site as a member.

If you have registered by post and sent a cheque you will not be listed or registered until the cheque has been cleared and this can take a few days. Sorry but we will get you there in the end.

Q: My details are incorrect/have changed. What can I do?
A:
Just send an email with exactly what you want changed. .

Q: Why do my pictures look different?
A:
Your pictures may have been cropped to achieve the clearest image possible. The images on your page are shown at 72dpi and are sized 150 pixels by 195 pixels. So close up portraits will give the best result.

Q: Can I change the information on my page myself?
A:
No you cannot change it yourself but we will change it for you if you send new pictures and text by email. Let us know which pictures you want deleted if you are not changing them all. The layout will stay the same.

Q: How do I know the website will benefit me?
A:
There are lots of ways the website will help you, but one way you can help us to make sure that facepaint-uk appears high in the search engines is to place a link to us on your own website. We can let you know how many times your page has been viewed if you ask. Using the unique help and advice facilities and wealth of resources we offer is an added bonus that you simply can't find anywhere else. As the site 'grows up' we anticipate a greater interaction with agents looking for painters for national campaigns. The more you work, the more you shop and the more you benefit from the discount too!

Q: Will you remind me when I need to rejoin?
A: Yes we will try to send you an email in the month that your membership runs out. If you do not rejoin your details will be unpublished at the end of the month, but they can be restored immediately. We offer a variety of free gifts to those that rejoin, you will be sent the current offers with your reminder.

Q: How do I get my 10% discount?
A:
When you  log in the shop will recognize you and automatically give you the discount. The prices shown will already be discounted. Alternatively you can log in at completion of the order and the discount will automatically be applied.

Q: I remember reading an interesting article and now it has been removed. Can I see it again?
A: Yes, all the old articles from the Mirror are archived, so as a member you can look through the archive at any time. Remember to log in or you won't even see the link!

Q: How much should I charge for facepainting?
