We ask that you complete and pay for the order as normal using the Worldwide Overseas Orders shipping option for £0.00. We will then prepare the items with our packaging to get an accurate weight of the order to be able to give you a genuine price for the delivery options available for your country.
We do not have an automated system to gather the prices for all the countries and the variables, preferring to get accurate real time prices for you rather than set rates.
If you are not happy with the delivery costs you are able to cancel the order for a full refund before we despatch, though we do prefer you ask for an estimate for your country via email if you are unsure.
If you are happy to proceed, we will then email you a PayPal payment request and once payment has been received, the order will be sent by your chosen delivery method.
Delivery times will vary by destination and delivery method preferred, though it is normally 3-5 days for EU, and 6-7 for the rest as they say!

You may also have to pay customs, VAT or import/duty charges, these are your responsibility and not included in the delivery prices.
We fill in a customs declaration form for your order, and once it has passed your countries customs they would be in contact via the email or telephone number you gave us to take any payment due for charges.
There are many websites that can be used to give you an estimate on this for your country, it varies on the type of item (normally cosmetic makeup), country, and order value, it can be at times up to 20%. Simplyduty.com is one site we have used in the past at to get an estimate, use at your own discernment.
