Do I have to pay for return delivery?

This depends why you are making a return. If the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us first by email at to let us know, and we will advise you how to proceed. If you have ordered the wrong thing, or changed your mind, the return postage costs are your responsibility, and we will deduct ours from a refund, and possibly an administration fee. Please note that any returned items, for whatever reason, are your responsibility until we receive them, so we advise that you use a service that insures for loss or damage.
