How do I make a return?

Returns will not be accepted without a FPUK Return Code which we will give you when you contact us and we have agreed to the return. We will also advise you of the return address which may not be the normal address, depending on the goods or problem involved. The goods must be packed carefully so that we receive them in the same condition that you did. Please note that any returned items, for whatever reason, are your responsibility until we receive them, so we advise that you use a service that insures for loss or damage.
